ALL CARAVANS have panoramic sea views, and parking is available alongside most. They have toilet, shower, TV with DVD, cooker, microwave, and fridge. Beds are supplied with duvets and pillows. Many of our caravans now have central heating and double glazing. Visitors should bring sheets, pillowcases, towels and duvet covers.

8 Berth caravans have 3 separate bedrooms, 6 Berth caravans have 2 separate bedrooms, and 4 Berth caravans have 2 separate bedrooms, but are smaller than 6 berths.

THE LODGE is situated in one of the finest positions on the site with uninterrupted views of Lyme Bay.  It will sleep 8 people, and is fully equipped with TV with DVD, cooker, microwave, dishwasher & fridge freezer, and 2 bathrooms with showers.  It has two bedrooms with double beds, another with two single beds. There is a dining area and a kitchen with ample working space.  Pets are not allowed.

We have a policy of regularly updating all our letting caravans.  All our caravans are self-catering and must be left clean and tidy.  We regret we cannot accept all male or all female groups.

We can offer a limited number of long weekend and midweek breaks.  In the case of breaks, please send the full payment when booking.  Please enquire for availability.

Dogs are welcome, but only allowed in some caravans. There is no smoking in the caravans.

Our shop is open throughout the season to supply all your requirements. In addition to the normal groceries etc, it supplies an extensive range of excellent takeaway meals.

The launderette contains coin operated washing machines, irons, extractor, and a tumble drier.

We now have local WIFI SPARK connections available.

Terms are inclusive of Electricity, Calor Gas and VAT @ 20%.
